How long does the normal delivery time take?

  • The default standard shipping delivery time is 6-12 business days, but if you need faster delivery, we also offer expedited shipping for an additional $6.99.

How do I track my package?

  • You will be sent a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number to track your package.

  • If you can't find the specific shipping status of the package by the above method, please contact us and we will solve it for you.
  • If you have not received the email after checking, email us with the email address or name you filled in when you placed the order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

If the product is damaged, how to compensate?

If the product is damaged, we need to confirm with you the extent of the damage. Please contact us first and send us a clear photo of the damaged part to determine the extent of the damage.

If the damage is not man-made, we will arrange a refund or reshipment accordingly as our compensation.
